    • Body Treatments
    • Massage Treatments
    • Facial Treatments

    Due to the nature of these services, all payments are generally non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below.

    2. Completed Treatments

    • Once a treatment has been provided, no refunds will be issued
    • Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed

    3. Booking Deposits

    Deposits required to secure appointments are non-refundable.

    Deposits may still be:

    • Transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe
    • Forfeited in cases of late cancellation or failure to attend

    4. When Refunds May Apply

    Refunds will only be reviewed under specific conditions, including:

    • Cancellation within the permitted notice period without rescheduling
    • Inability to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our side

    • We are not responsible for adverse reactions where such information was not provided

    • If a service is deemed unsuitable during consultation, an alternative treatment may be recommended
    • A credit or refund may be offered at our discretion

    • Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
    • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

    8. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

    • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
    • Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable
